The Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own all things social for Casa. This position is 100% remote and reports to our VP of Revenue.

Casa’s brand reflects our mission to create a future where everyone can truly own and protect their wealth, data, and personal privacy. The Social Media Manager will bring our brand to life across social media platforms as they engage with current members and tell the Casa story to future customers.

The ideal candidate is a bitcoin, ethereum, and crypto enthusiast and avid participant in crypto social channels and groups. They will have experience developing and executing  social media strategies, and representing company brands across multiple channels to support business growth.

Salary Range: $85,500 - $104,500

What you'll do:
You will enhance Casa’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and sharing compelling content. Your work will support Casa’s marketing goals by driving awareness and engagement with potential members, and your interactions with current members will help us forge long-term, happy relationships.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing content across existing social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and creating strategies for entering new, relevant platforms
  • Creating engaging content (text, images, video) and campaigns, often in collaboration with our in-house design team and/or third parties
  • Engaging with customers, partners, and the public across channels
  • Setting goals and measuring results to assess effectiveness
  • Bringing the Casa brand to life in each channel through strategic messaging and skillful use of our brand voice and visual identity
  • Organizing and hosting virtual events (e.g. Twitter Spaces) to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Providing succinct reporting on and analysis of social media performance 
  • Who you are:

  • You stay on top of the latest social media trends, and you’re constantly looking for ways to translate those trends into business outcomes. You are at your best when you’re helping a brand use social media to build strong relationships with existing customers and to acquire new customers. 
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in social media marketing
  • Successful track record managing social media for corporate brands
  • Experience developing, executing, and assessing strategy across social media platforms; and proficiency in test-and-learn, iterative processes to hone strategic plans
  • Experience managing and creating content across various social platforms including: Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord
  • Experience ideating, creating, and editing various forms of content (e.g. graphics, blogs, video, social posts)
  • Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results
  • Experience with social analytics and reporting
  • Deep knowledge of bitcoin, ethereum, crypto and familiarity with crypto communities
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong and consistent communication skills
  • Nice to have

  • 2+ years startup experience
  • Experience with virtual events (e.g. Twitter Spaces, IG Live)
  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or production companies

    Overview:

    The marketing team is looking for a Social Media Manager. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and will support them in developing engaging social campaigns for Links.

    Social media is one of our most important storytelling tools. The Social Media Manager will work on establishing relationships and connecting with consumers through community management and immersive posts. They will be the voice of our platforms while also being the eyes and ears for the brand; always ready to identify new engagement opportunities.

    Together, with the mentorship and support of the VP of Marketing, this role will execute content scheduling and publishing, while also crafting supplemental content and support on social media. The development and execution of social posting will tell the deeper story behind our brand and membership through a social media lens, and this role should help us develop deeper relationships with our potential new members. You should also be able to uncover trends and opportunities to authentically insert Links into the cultural conversation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own social asset management and work with VP of Marketing on planning and social content calendars
    • Leverage social tools (listening, measurement, amplification) to optimize social engagement across reach, engagement, and audience creation
    • Create and manage the development of golf-specific content creation: video, animation, still imagery, audio, and other content that best uses social media and digital platforms
    • Collaborate with VP of Partnerships and CFO to improve partner and revenue Key Performance Indicators
    • Compile analytics reports to measure content performance, reach, and growth goals
    • Provide support to all Links strategic initiatives via social media marketing

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 2 - 4 or more years of experience in a social or digital marketing function
    • Avid golfer or golf enthusiast
    • Social media account management experience for brand social accounts with tens of thousands or more followers
    • Proficiency with Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube and their respective nuances and algorithms

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Strong writing skills that improve the brand voice
    • Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced, startup environment
    • An eye for great design aesthetics
    • Ability to bring together multiple assets from various teams to build a cohesive, clear and fluid social calendar
    • Creative problem solver, always looking for new ways to insert our brand into the social conversation
    • Strong understanding of all social platforms and their roles for Links
    • Self-starter, able to take direction, but confident in own decision-making and ability to autonomously lead projects
    • Ability to apply social reporting tools to ensure campaign efficiency
