Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys

Generate ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate directions

Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings

Own end-to-end content quality, which includes translating the brand into our products
-
Advocate for the content design perspective throughout the product development process, influence strategic decisions improve the overall product experience, and ensure consistency
-
Partner with product designers, product managers, user researchers, product marketers, and engineers to build and ship experiences that represent the company vision
-
Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
-
5+ years of experience as a UX writer, product content strategist, content designer, growth writer or a similar role
-
A solid history of outstanding writing and a portfolio of strong examples with stories of how your end-to-end writing approach and role led to meaningful improvements
-
A natural instinct for tackling large, complex problems head-on, and a tendency towards action
-
A passion for inspiring design and product teammates with a clear vision
-
Ability to achieve consistency by following, maintaining, and evolving content standards
-
Familiarity with content strategy, content design, or information architecture concepts
-
Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
-
Comfortable in a global, fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Comfortable presenting and working with senior executives
-
Experience designing content experiences for fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products.

Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones
-
Fluent in Mandarin

In this a full time role you’ll be the Tatum manager for creating, editing, and publishing content for the organization.
You’ll report to the VP of Content helping them ensure that the company’s content marketing programs are executed smoothly and are helping the business meet its growth objectives.

What you will do
- Writing and editing content for the Tatum blog, white papers, email marketing communications, advertising programs, and account based marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring a consistent tone and voice, editorial consistency and factual accuracy of Tatum marketing communications.
- Editing the content of other internal and external company writers.
- Managing the Tatum’s content assets via the company’s CMS tools. Maintenance and organization of all content assets including, copy, images, metadata.
- Maintaining the company's editorial calendar for content on the blog and campaigns and ensuring that all content is published on schedule.
- Working with designers to prepare rich content for Tatum articles like charts, diagrams, and infographics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience and proven skills in copywriting in the areas of longform content, editorial content, direct response, and web copy.
- Understanding and passion for Web3 and blockchain technology, development frameworks, category’s media space and category’s language is vey huge advantage
- Ability to ideate and execute content ideas independently and often using out of the box thinking with minimal resources.
- Knowledge and ability to leverage AI tools for content ideation, creation, and repurposing of content.
- Master-level organizational and project management skills in an environment that combines Google and ClickUp tools for daily task management.
- Excellent knowledge of CMS tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, Figma is an advantage.
